Global Base operates an exclusive referral commission programme for existing villa owners. If you introduce a friend, family member, or colleague who proceeds to purchase a villa within the development, you will receive a significant commission paid in structured installments aligned with the buyer's own contract milestones.

Step 1
Sign the Villa Reservation Agreement
The reservation agreement formally secures Villa LJ3 in your name. This document outlines all payment terms, delivery commitments, and legal obligations. It is prepared by a licensed Indonesian notary.
Step 2
Pay the Reservation Deposit — $20,000
The $20,000 deposit is paid to the designated project account as detailed in the reservation agreement. Payment details and banking instructions are provided within the agreement document.
Step 3
Initiate PT PMA Setup (Optional but Recommended)
Provide your passport, proposed company name (3 words), and registered address. The PT PMA and KITAS process begins immediately and is completed within 2 weeks for $4,248 USD.
Step 4
Land Purchase Confirmation — $180,000
